Join us for the last ARCI Apéro of 2025 on Saturday, December 6 from 18:30. If we’re saying goodbye before the winter break, we’re doing it the ARCI way: with good food, cold drinks, meaningful conversation, and community solidarity.

December’s apéro will discuss with @casi_uo and @incacgilnazionale the changes that Belgium approved on rules for EU citizens registering in the country. It might sound technical, but the impact is huge: the three-month period to gather documents is gone, with great consequences on the right of citizens of the Union and their family members to move and reside freely. Now everything must be ready from day one: work contract, proof of income, health insurance, housing.

For young people, students, precarious workers, and those arriving without a safety net, this creates enormous barriers and risks increasing vulnerability, irregularity, and exploitation. We’ll discuss what’s changing, what the risks are, and how we can mobilize to inform, support, and defend the rights of those who arrive.

BONUS: Christmas shopping with purpose! @culturacontrocamorra will have a stand with their products, the perfect chance to get your holiday gifts while supporting the fight against organized crime.
